Ethics in the Age of AI – A Conversation on Alaska’s New Ethics Opinion 2025-1


Join the Alaska Bar’s Technology, AI, and Cyber Law Section for a timely CLE exploring the ethical dimensions of artificial intelligence in legal practice. This session will unpack the newly adopted Ethics Opinion 2025-1, which addresses how lawyers can responsibly use generative AI tools while upholding their duties of competence, confidentiality, and fairness.
