On February 16th, Fastcase announced a new citator – Cert for Alaska Bar members. Cert, a cutting-edge negative citator tool for Fastcase, empowers legal researchers by swiftly and effortlessly identifying cases that have been treated unfavorably in subsequent decisions, thus providing a comprehensive perspective on a case's precedential value.
Fastcase is an AK Bar member benefit and subscribers can use Cert on cases from the Supreme Court of the United States, Federal Circuit courts, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, Nevada, Washington, Texas and Alaska.

Charlottesville, Virginia office. They have been conducting training sessions for
over fourteen years and have extensive experience working with customers to
facilitate solutions to their questions and problems in a quick and efficient manner.

resources, and they take pride in providing members the most viable solutions.
Sam is a strong advocate for equity and a community organizer. In their spare time,
