Melanie Baca Osborne is Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Chugach Alaska Corporation. Prior to joining Chugach, Melanie has held positions as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for NANA Development Corporation, Of Counsel for Stoel Rives LLP, Vice President and General Counsel for Ahtna, Inc., and an attorney with Sonosky Chambers Sachse Miller Munson. Melanie is currently co-chair of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Bar Association, and participates in several other community boards and organizations. Melanie received her B.A. from the University of Alaska Anchorage in Justice and Psychology and her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, before clerking for Anchorage Presiding Superior Court Judge Elaine M. Andrews.
