Chelsea Ray Riekkola and Melanie Iverson Kaufman of Foley & Pearson, P.C. will provide guidance and recommend best practices for basic estate planning, including Wills, titling of assets, beneficiary designations, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives. This free, one-hour lunchtime presentation will be most useful for practitioners who do not focus on estate planning as a primary area of their practice, but are interested in learning more about it, or who will be participating as volunteer attorneys in the upcoming Wills Clinic on December 8, 2022.
