This 1-hour virtual CLE explores how Alaska attorneys can ethically provide limited scope (unbundled) legal services while expanding access to justice through pro bono opportunities. This program will cover the rules and best practices for limited scope representation in Alaska. We will also provide an overview of the Alaska Free Legal Answers (Alaska.freelegalanswers.org) platform and how attorneys can participate in this online clinic to assist self-represented litigants.

This session is ideal for attorneys who currently offer unbundled services, volunteer at legal clinics, or are interested in flexible pro bono opportunities that fit into a busy practice.

Faculty:
Phil Shanahan

Lea McKenna

Recorded: Friday, September 12, 202
