About the Presenter

Through executive coaching, consulting, and CLE programming, Maine-based psychologist Amy Wood, Psy.D. helps attorneys to reach greater levels of achievement and fulfillment.  She is the author of Life Your Way: Refresh Your Approach to Success and Breathe Easier in a Fast-paced World, is often called on for her expert opinion by media ranging from Maine Public Radio to Parade Magazine, and writes a regular column for The Maine Bar Journal.   Dr. Wood earned her doctorate at Adler University and is certified by the College of Executive Coaching.
