Jeffrey Robinson is a shareholder with Ashburn & Mason P.C. and is an accomplished trial lawyer. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, anti-trust, employment and regulatory investigations, and trusts and estates litigation. He regularly appears in both federal and state court, agency proceedings, and arbitrations, and has secured favorable jury verdicts for clients in commercial contract and wrongful death actions. Jeffrey frequently represents clients in government procurement matters involving bid protests, contract claims, and related procurement disputes. He also has significant experience counseling clients in defamation and related First Amendment cases.

Prior to joining Ashburn & Mason, Jeffrey worked as an Assistant Public Defender, where he tried approximately forty jury trials and achieved numerous acquittals in complex felony criminal cases. He served as a supervisor in the Anchorage Public Defender Office’s felony trial unit, where he trained both felony and misdemeanor lawyers in trial procedure. Prior to moving to Alaska, Jeffrey represented clients in civil litigation matters and criminal defense cases in Rhode Island.
