Eva Gardner

Eva Gardner practices at Ashburn & Mason, P.C., where she focuses on civil litigation and appeals and regularly engages in lively ethics discussions with her colleagues. Before joining Ashburn & Mason, she clerked for Judge Gleason in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska and Alaska Superior Court.In her non-billable time, Eva volunteers with ALSC, ANDVSA, and Anchorage Youth Court.She also serves on the board of the Anchorage Association of Women Lawyers, as a Trustee of the Bar Foundation, as a co-chair of the Bar’s Intellectual Property, Arts, and Entertainment Law Section, and as a member of the Arctic Entries Storyboard. She holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Columbia University and received her law degree from NYU.
