Judge Joshua Kindred

Judge Kindred was appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Alaska by President Donald Trump in January 2020, and began his judicial duties in February 2020. Before joining the court, Judge Kindred was the regional solicitor for the U.S. Interior Department in Alaska. He has previously worked as environmental counsel for the Alaska Oil and Gas Association and an assistant district attorney for the State of Alaska.
