Christopher Kennedy

Administrative Law Judge Chris Kennedy was Deputy Chief of Alaska’s Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) from 2005 to 2018.  He is now serving as the panel’s tax judge.  Chris has been Alaska’s main participant and presenter at the annual Central Panel Directors Conference, which has given him a broad perspective on the diverse ways administrative adjudication is handled in other jurisdictions.  Prior to joining OAH, Chris spent 20 years in private and government practice, conducting administrative litigation in a variety of forums in Alaska and Maine.  He is a graduate of Harvard University and Berkeley Law.
