Jessica Graham

Jessica Graham is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Koniag, Inc., the Alaska Native Regional Corporation for the Kodiak region. In this capacity she has senior level responsibility for the Legal, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, IT, and Internal Audit functions within the Corporation. Prior to joining Koniag she was the Deputy General Counsel at GCI, and Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Afognak Native Corporation. Jessica began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Sidney R. Thomas of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and then spent time in private practice at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, DC, and Perkins Coie in Anchorage. She and her husband have three daughters ages 12, 10 and 8.
