The transactional side of his practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, commercial and real property transactions, and intellectual property matters. The litigation side of his practice focuses on complex commercial and financial disputes. His clients include major financial institutions, manufacturers and distributors, professional corporations, Alaska Native corporations, and healthcare entities.
